Community Health Impact Coalition is a global movement of thousands of community health workers (CHWs) and dozens of aligned health organizations across 60+ countries. CHWs across the globe are coming together to advocate for the salaries, skills, supervision, and supplies needed to make professional CHWs the norm worldwide.

The proCHW Portal connects CHWs with tools, opportunities, and pathways to strengthen their leadership and advocacy—whether serving their communities, organizing with other CHWs, contributing to research, or bringing their expertise to conversations that shape policy.
