CHIC is developing a structured, consistent, and risk-aware approach to supporting national community health worker (CHW) associations. CHIC supports CHW associations because they serve as the grassroots engine for advancing proCHW policy change, elevating CHW priorities and lived experience, and holding governments and other decision-makers accountable for the faithful implementation of policies and commitments.
